He/she/it did use a VPN, but we got a lead regardless.
Anyhow, we took legal actions and have notified the ISP's they belonged to aswell as JaGeX. Other actions, we'll have to see what we want to do

Ok, so the individual who was foolish enough to leave a trace was Fasty from Merlin/Downfall. I lock this topic but leave it on the forum for others to get heads up on this guy.
