I will take that as a yes then. Another question: I am currently 88 defence (189 combat lvl) and in your application form it says I have to have all 90+ combat stats. But if I lvl 1 defence level, I will be 190 with 89 defence... Acceptable?

Clan Europe is a team so yes you can join that while being in a main clan.
Also you are right, we require 190+ combat with 90+ combat stats so you will have to gain another level. Best of luck!
