Made this guide for another forum a while ago:

Start with scrolling down to this and select 'free':

Wait the amout of of seconds that is shown here:

Then select the mirror you would like to download from (it doesn't matter which one you choose, you will get it anyway. ) and enter the random letter and numbers box (remember that its capital sensitive)

then make your choise. Either save the file or just open it. (Sorry for having a swedish download thingy but i wrote the stuff in the pic)

Now all you have to do is wait a while and then enjoy.
