Blackmarks

Go to www.runescape.com then on the left click on "appeal a ban/offence" then fill in ur stuff then you'll come to where they show you how many blackmarks you have and sometimes WHY

Oh and this is what I have:

There are currently 5.0 blackmarks out of 10 on this account
